Congratulations on hosting a Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program. You are giving teens a place to practice speaking in front of others. Toast Club helps more of them contribute feedback along the way.

The Feedback You Never Hear.
“I have an idea, but I’m too shy to say it.”
“I’d rather type it than worry about my handwriting.”
“I don’t want to hurt their feelings—or for them to know it was me.”
Toast Club gives teens a private, anonymous way to share what they think.
Illustrative thoughts, not participant testimonials.
Save Time.
Save Paper.
Get Better Feedback!
For many teens, a phone feels more natural than a handwritten evaluation sheet. They scan once, tap their ratings, and type a comment they can revise before sending.

Let Quiet Voices In.
A shy participant may have something valuable to say but worry about how a comment will be received. Anonymous digital feedback can lower that social pressure and help them share a thoughtful observation.
Feedback is visible to the speaker and host, rather than displayed to the whole group.
Simplify Speech Evaluations.
Toast Club’s emoji-based ratings make forms faster to complete while keeping the selected evaluation criteria in view. Teens can respond quickly, then add a comment that helps the speaker improve.
